Audience and level
Business units, leads, and IT-adjacent teams who want a grounded assessment instead of hype or panic. No coding experience needed for the fundamentals part. For the technical deep-dive (RAG, local models) a basic grasp of databases or APIs helps, but is not required.
Duration and format
Typically 1 day of fundamentals, optionally a second day of technical depth for IT-adjacent roles. Remote with a second monitor or in-house, 4 to 12 participants recommended.
Agenda (day 1, optional day 2)
- Day 1 morning: Where AI realistically helps in daily work, where it does not
- Day 1 afternoon: Cloud vs local models, GDPR and the EU AI Act in practice
- Day 2 morning: RAG basics, making your own documents searchable, with citations
- Day 2 afternoon: Prompting fundamentals, overview of n8n/MCP as orchestration
Typical issues we address
Does this need to run locally, or is cloud enough? What does GDPR actually mean for our documents? What is RAG, and why is it not a product you simply buy? We work through this on your real use cases, not slideware.

Briefly describe your use case and data context (cloud, local, public sector). I will suggest 1 or 2 suitable days.
