Terms of service

These notes apply to use of mikeit.dev and information published there. No online shop, SaaS signup, or payment processing is active; in practice these are usage notes. Individual service contracts are agreed separately and take precedence.

MikeIT.dev provides IT services around Excel, VBA, reporting, process automation, Power BI and data analytics, ITSM and IT infrastructure, AI integration, and training and workshops on these topics. The website describes services and enables contact by email and via a booking widget. It does not replace individual consulting.

All prices stated on this website are final amounts. Under the German small business rule (Kleinunternehmerregelung, § 19 UStG), no VAT is charged or shown separately. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 14 days of invoicing.

Original digital products such as QuackTile are subject to their own, product-specific terms: https://mikeit.dev/en/apps/quacktile/terms Purchasing a paid version does not happen through the Chrome Web Store or Opera Add-ons, but through Lemon Squeezy as our payment and license provider (Merchant of Record). Their terms apply to the purchase contract, payment, invoice, and withdrawal.

Articles, tutorials, templates, and downloads are for information. Unless marked as paid, they are free sample or helper material without guarantee of a specific outcome. No shop is active yet.

Templates are intended for your own business use as described on each page. Redistribution or resale requires separate agreement.

Site content is not legal, tax, or business advice.

I aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and updates can cause short outages.

I am unlimitedly liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability for simple negligence is limited to foreseeable typical contractual damage where permitted by law.
